NEOWALL offers a comprehensive warranty programme designed to ensure long-term product reliability and complete customer confidence. To activate your warranty, customers are encouraged to register their purchase promptly by completing our online warranty registration form.

Registering your product helps protect your investment and ensures access to future support and aftercare services. Once registered, NEOWALL warranty coverage includes repair or replacement of products found to have manufacturing defects within the applicable warranty period.

Customers should retain their proof of purchase, as this may be required when making a warranty claim. We strongly recommend reviewing the warranty terms and conditions in full to understand the scope of coverage and any exclusions. Warranty registration also helps us provide efficient and timely assistance should any issues arise.

This warranty covers defects including, but not limited to:
  • Fading
  • Rotting
  • Splintering
  • Peeling
  • Manufacturing defects

The warranty begins on the date your product is delivered and remains valid for the lifetime of the product for the original purchaser, unless otherwise stated.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Physical damage such as burns, stains, or impact damage

Outdoor Decking, Cladding, and Slatwall products are covered by a 25-year warranty.
